I’m a 33 year old mom of 3 girls. I live with my dear husband Dave (most famous for his 100 Thing Challenge on www.guynameddave.com), our children, two cats, a dog, two guinea pigs, and a Beta fish. We live in a suburban community in the North County of San Diego. If you are reading this you probably already know all this, since I think the only people who read this blog are family and close friends! Thanks for reading - It’s a fun experience to chronicle my adventures in parenting, as well as record some reflections on what I’m reading and thinking about.

Hi. I am also a 33 year-old mom, but to 3 boys and a girl. I randomly came across your husband’s blog on apartment therapy of all places! I am not really sure why I am writing to you, except that since you said the people reading this probably already know you and I don’t, I thought it might be interesting to you. There is just a “something” about your blog that made me like you. We read to our children at night, too. We, too hope that the messages of redemption and sacrificial love are somehow discovered by our chiildren’s hearts. I ramble on. Sorry. Thanks for reading my note!
